@pr_o_s_per @nimc_ng Yes o, it worked yesterday. Few weeks ago I sent a mail to their customer service email address asking them to “Unlock my self service”. So I got this response 👇🏾 and tried it again…and voila 🤷🏽‍♀️

Update!!! #nimc, I finally had a breakthrough with the “self service” modification😩🙏���� gotten my tracking ID…. Good luck to everyone else😊. Thank you @nimc_ng kudos to the team (but please improve on your turnaround time)
