@DStvNg omo! You guys should activate my account since I have paid for it. How useless can DSTV be? Do we pay and beg for reconnection ?

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@DStvNg I paid for subscription for up to a week now and I will have to beg you guys to activate it ?

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@DStvNg You guys are useless and https://t.co/ODiQ5Nwls9 can one pay for subscription and still beg you guys to activate it ? For close to a week now.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@DStvNg @ChisomSeco37837 Please fix my problem. I subscribed since Saturday and can't use my decoder. This is trash.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@DStvNg I have subscribed for my Dstv since Saturday and still can't watch anything till now. What type of rubbish is this ?

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@cenbank @myaccessbank kindly refund the sum of 700k that was debited from my account and wasn't credited to the account I sent it to. It has been weeks and my money hasn't been reversed upon all my complaints. Please dont defraud me @myaccessbank 700k hanging for weeks in this economy.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@cenbank @myaccessbank @myaccessbank Why are you not refunding my 700k payment after 3-5 business days that you claimed should take to resolve the issue.Refund my 700k @myaccessbank I will make sure to raise this issue & advise my Instagram followers to avoid using your service as you guys don’t care.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@cenbank @myaccessbank They are never providing any resolution to your case. Just an apology taken from their templates of apology messages. I’m really disappointed at the support process. How is a 3-5 working days turning to a 3 weeks case?

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@myaccessbank @CodemanSavage1 You guys are mentally stressing me. Please reverse my money for about a month now. I’m tired of banking with access bank.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@unabdullahiesq @cenbank @myaccessbank Omg!!! I’m really stressed out with this bank. They are incompetent and steal from customers.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@cenbank @myaccessbank According to the cbn consumer protection right, such case resolution is not meant to exceed 48 hours. Is it until people start constituting nuisance at your branch or start to harass your staffs members before y’all act right. If you’re short staffed, recruit efficient hands.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@cenbank @myaccessbank Tell me how on earth a bank will create a new case number for you whenever you ask for a follow up concerning your case. Then send an sms giving you another estimated resolution date thereby prolonging the case. Does that seem like an institution that know what they are doing ?

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@Arsenal @myaccessbank you’re the shittiest bank in Nigeria that doesn’t seem to understand what it means to be a customer’s bank. I’m tired.

[Veebee chrome @VChrome]

@myaccessbank @Bola_Not_Tinubu Your bank is the most unserious and useless bank I’ve ever used. My money has been with you guys for about a month now and you guys keep opening different case numbers for a single case for me. It doesn’t even seem like your service team know what they are doing. Please refund me
