@BlackLabelAdvsr @BarbellFi Perfect timing. We can't have that in Canada. The term is 25 years but we renew our rate every 5 years or so. So if I bought at 3% in 2016, I would have to renew at 2,5% i 2021 and 6% in 2026. You have a way better system!
