Voter Fiona Dowell said she voted for Spanberger but was wary about her links to law enforcement. She also said COVID should be taken seriously by the Republican party.
"I'm still very much of the belief that [COVID] is still very much a danger", she said.

Voter Guinevere Emerson said she wants to see candidates who are respectful to their opponents. She also said the democratic party doesn't focus on issues like Transgender rights.

Voter Xavier McDaniel says he feels that voting has been settling for the "lesser evil." He also said he thinks the language being used by both candidates is unclear.
"Either be pro something or against it. I don't like the vagueness," he said.
