It's not about having all the answers.

It's about knowing:

What to question.
What to clarify.
What to follow up on.
What to look at next.

Tasks are moving.
The timeline looks fine.
But a decision is pending.
A requirement isn't clear.
One team is waiting on another.

Being on schedule isn't the same as being on track.

Clarifying.

Getting decisions.

The PM doesn't just manage the plan.
The PM helps the work move.
