@livekindlyco π I want to see plantbased options becoming more popular as that will drive the industry, innovation, more selection, stock being ordered, & overall better for us. That being said, it still sucks when you can't find what you need. That's when I am encouraged to try new recipes.
@cityofcambridge I keep π garbage debris everywhere. I used to be the person that would pick it up & properly dispose of it - with covid & not being vaccinated yet, I don't feel it's safe anymore.
As we are spending more time enjoying the beautiful outdoors please enjoy it without littering.
@StructuredSucc@FalSkyWolf This is like exposure therapy in a way. Small controlled exposures to social stimulus really can help develop confidence over time & start to lessen the effects of social settings. It does take time and patience and learning to be kinder to one's self (β¬οΈ negative self-judgments)
@StructuredSucc@FalSkyWolf I find that by doing little things like this has helped at least in a small way because it's not all or nothing. Even saying 'hi' as people pass by on walks is nice too.
My network of friends has expanded as we can meet so many people all over the world via online communication.
@StructuredSucc @currynj88 Same with the hyperfocusing & driving. I do find it depends on the type of car for me. Driving a standard car has really helped me be super focused while driving and I enjoy it. A world of difference. This was after some people thought I wouldn't be able to learn b/c of ADHD!
@TeneileWarren Like what was discussed, there is not a simple answer - totally agree! I don't think there is a simple answer or a quick cost effective solution w/out allocating a lot of $$$ for the city to hire people, machines, maintenance, fuel & storage.
Wishing you all safe and well! οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½π
@TeneileWarren Part 7:
We live in a beautiful community, l like 2 think we are neighbourly & help 1 another. Perhaps reach out & nicely ask if someone wants help b/c maybe they are afraid/feel ashamed to ask.
I like 2 give my neighbour little gifts (ie. local craft beer) of thanks for helping.
