@RoadRunner_Auto Myth #1 - using Road Runner will mean efficient pick up, deliver and service. No follow through. No guarantees. Simply the worst. Our car was supposed to be picked up on Dec,ever 19. According to the tracker in their website, it was delivered on December 21. Never picked up.

Day 21 with no resolution from @FinishLine Day 8 they said they would send a fed ex return label within 24 hours. Nothing. Worst customer service ever. Making the situation even worse, it was their mistake.
