I have been on the Twitter / X platform for 20 years. It was only when I spoke out about the disgusting Israeli genocide of Palestinians that a) A complaint was made b) I was suspended by the Royal Free Hospital who despite wanting to pretend it was "not about context," only presented me with posts I had made against the Israeli regime and it's disgusting shills and representatives.

They interestingly wanted me to delete my posts BEFORE investigation began - clearly uninterested in the context of any other posts I had made or who I was responding to.

I know in my gut if I had not stood up against their Responsible Officer I would have been put through an investigation which would have just represented further harassment. I also have friends who have had investigations (for other reasons) that have taken over a year for the Trust to conclude due to sheer incompetence.

Stand up for yourself. They're counting on you falling to your knees in fear.
