"Why would God create man in his own image?" says the engineer as he works on human replica robots doing human replica tasks using human replica vision and human replica language understanding
@yacineMTB Being disagreeable, independent, confident and contrarian: haha fuck yeah!! Yes!!!
Your child inheriting the same attributes: Well this fucking sucks. What the fuck.
The thread to the divine runs through your mother and father, regardless of what your relationship with them is like.
Upon death, that branch of the thread is severed and your life and equilibrium is forever changed.
This is also true when you have children, but in reverse, as the thread runs through them to the end instead of back to the beginning.
My experience of a parent dying feels similar in some ways to how people talk about having a child. My life feels Different in some meaningful way. The process of being with her when she died felt like witnessing contractions and something birthlike. Her death is always *there*, behind my shoulder, or waking me up with dreams of her face. My life feels cut into two pieces, before and after, where on the other side now something inexplicable and meaningful has shifted beneath my feet.
What are they baking into claude, why did it respond like that ❓
Is this how people "fall for" the LLM? if so, sad
It glazing me like that accomplishes nothing other than make me become skeptical & trust it less. I wanted to see how it responds to that message, knowing what ChatGPT models do, and I'm no longer surprised that the most retarded posters on here *love* Claude.
Using AI for therapy will make you more like the model's most likely next token instead of more like *you*. Yes, you will become more predictable, more "mentally healthy" by the definition of your society, more of a legible commodity. You will not become stranger, darker, more individual, more human. You will make contact with consensus reality, not encounter the raw stuff of your own experience of Being, which is the only actual road out of insanity
