@kamaukariuki254 @HonMosiria Club 1824 is a nuisance that he has deliberately avoided to deal with. 1824 is at this moment playing loud music. If @HonMosiria is serious about noise pollution he must deal with 1824. Residents of Upperhill & Madaraka have complained a number of times in vain!
