I just finished reading Bug Ego volume 1.

I love One, all of his manga have so much personality. The art by Kiyoto Shitata was great too.

If you listen to music physically, every shop will have other music you can check out.

I say overall it's not bad because I think it touches on something real (modern Simpsons looks stale). And some of the designs are interesting.

But it's not great either.

But he clearly just wants the Simpsons to be animated by Spümcø 😭

Also he's very dismissive of overseas animators saying they're "plucked off the streets" which is weirdly dehumanising? People treat overseas animators like dirt

Watched Todd McFarlane in an interview talking about why it's important to have long comic runs for independent creators.

If the book gets successful or there's a popular adaptation it means you can sell it a million different way. Trade paper backs, hard cover, omnibus etc
