The modern world rewards people with absolute emotional control. Automation and AI handle the pure logic, leaving humans to navigate high-stress decisions and crisis management. The calmest person in the room wins.
The 6 hours Gen Z spends on screens every day is the same 6 hours people call wasted. But it is also the time they are using to learn skills, follow markets, and absorb global ideas that the previous generations had to wait years to access.
One of the most powerful tools that successful people use is visualisation. Imagining an event increases confidence, as if it already happened. The more detailed the mental image, the more the brain treats it as memory rather than fantasy. The thing you're most certain about is the one you have rehearsed the most.
When you feel like you don’t belong in the room, it is proof that you’re aiming for bigger things in life. Don’t let imposter syndrome convince you to shrink yourself in a space you fought to get into.
When people feel slightly uncertain about who they are, they generate more original ideas. A stable, fixed identity is comfortable but limits creativity. The people most sure of themselves are often the least surprising.
The brain cannot hold someone as powerful and suffering at the same time. The more powerful someone is perceived to be, the less sympathy they receive when hurt. Your brain isn’t cruel, it is just unable to hold "power" and "victim" as the same identity.
When you don't trust yourself, you stop making decisions based on what you want and start making them based on what others would approve of. Low self-trust doesn't just affect big choices, it starts controlling all of them.
Advice is almost never about the person receiving it. It's about the discomfort the advisor feels watching you. When someone urgently tells you what to do with your life, the urgency is theirs, your situation is triggering something unresolved in them.
Loyalty is a two-way street. You can’t ask a generation for a "lifetime commitment" when most jobs offer only temporary stability. If you want them to stay, give them a reason to believe in the future of the company.
EDUCATION SHOULD BE KILLED
Ever since it’s begun the education model was
Memorise, Repeat , Pass , Get job.
This worked when information was scarce but today information is infinite.
AI killed the value of memory.
In the past, A doctor memorised diseases, An engineer memorised formulas, A lawyer memorised case law because information access was slow
Now AI can scan millions of papers in seconds which no human brain can compete.
A medical student spends years on learning body parts
Earlier an engineer memorised calculus formulas, circuit laws, mechanical tables etc
Now AI tools generate circuit designs, optimise structures and write code.
For example , Medical students do graduation for some 5 years , 2 years post and some 2 or 3 years specialisation .. in 10 years overall they learn the body , it’s parts , and what to do if something goes wrong ..Along with that knowledge and some experience , they take a patient’s data of symptoms , tests etc and they diagnose the disease and suggest a treatment
But now if A I ‘s are doing the diagnosis and the surgeries are going robotic , why are parents still pushing their children into doing medical courses for jobs which will be non existent ?
Why are the poor children becoming scape goats due to their ill informed parents
These poor children are being turned into sacrificial lambs on the altar of outdated sheep like beliefs
The doctor of the future won’t even be a overseer because the A I can see over him
The outdated parents along with the traditional education gate keepers should wake up and steer the kids to AI mastery and the Kids should rebel and ignore the parents and teachers to only trust A I
I am not saying Parents and teachers are evil.
They are afraid of change because they grew up believing and at sometime that becomes a blind belief which makes their ears deaf for anything progressive
Kids Become Victims because the system rewards obedience.
If they ask , Why should I memorise this when AI can do it?”
Teacher says “ Because it’s in syllabus.”
Parents say
“Because all the others are doing it.”
So it’s high time that all concerned should quickly wake up and KILL THE OUTDATED CONVENTIONAL and TRADITIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM or they will be soon DEAD
Of course without a thought through backup plan as an alternative , it will create a vacuum .. but it’s time whoever concerned, has to think and act hard to stop the young being sacrificed at the altar of ignorant elders … Or the young have rebel and take their future into their own hands
Everything great in life comes with immediate costs and delayed returns. Greatness takes a test of your ability to endure an unfair exchange in the short term.
I’ve shared before about the ancient, rugged beauty of the Gandikota gorge in AP.
But I just discovered its younger sibling: the remarkable stratified formations of Lyari, Kutch. (Courtesy a post by @gujarat_plus_ )
Some quick online research told me that while Gandikota is a billion-year-old fortress of quartzite, Lyari is geologically "younger,” dating back ONLY roughly 200 million years to the Jurassic era!
Even though they look post-processed, these photos capture a landscape that beautiful and surreal.
It’s still very much off the beaten track & while we definitely want to preserve that, this phenomenal sight deserves a spot on every bucket list (with regulated, sustainable travel, of course!)

It's ironic that the best thing that happened to ODI cricket of late is two cricketers retiring from the other two formats.
ODI cricket is literally being pushed as the only place you can watch ROKO play.
Degrees, jobs, marriage, none of it is mandatory. Your stubbornness to live life on your own terms just needs to surpass your need to fit into society’s expectations.
