@ttd_updates @TTDevasthanams This is @ 10:12AM. ~62K tickets have been booked in 6 min while many like me have been denied entry to the payment screen. How good or bad is this algorithm that is handling the queue.

Customer support is conveniently blaming the rain as an excuse. Other services in the neighborhood and ACT subscribers 2 streets away didn't face any disruption of the service.
