According to a report from Axios, Graza has tapped Lazard to explore a potential sale.
The company reportedly generates $30M of EBITDA and is seeking a 15-20x multiple, placing Graza's enterprise value north of $450M and potentially even as high as $600M.
Andrew Benin and Allen Dushi launched the innovative olive oil brand in late 2020. Though best known for its olive oil and novel squeeze bottles, Graza recently expanded into condiments and snacks.
Graza is backed by BFG Partners, Brand Foundry Ventures, Spacestation Investments, Watchfire Ventures, and others.
Fairlife isn’t clean. There’s only one truly clean, high-protein (16 grams per cup) milk out there. 5 ingredients: milk, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and lactase enzyme. That’s what clean looks like. If they had a reduced fat option it’d be 10/10 macros.
@JoshRainerGold I make my sons a big thing of homemade ice cream when he’s sick with a fever and won’t eat anything
Cacao powder, raw egg yolks, raw cream, raw milk, raw honey or pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, a pinch of @VeraSaltCo and it works every time
@RanchersChips Its great seeing more companies coming out with only having 3 ingredients which 2 are tallow & good quality sea salt. I havent tried Morton, but I know @VeraSaltCo provides a certificate of analysis on their site tested free of microplastics & their products are labeled as well
Random Health Tip
Salt may not technically be a “supplement” but you can take it like one
A pinch into your mouth, consumed with a swig of water, milk, juice
Great for fatigue, thirst, headaches
Salt lowers adrenaline. Salt raises the metabolic rate. Many low energy symptoms can be improved with salt!
Assuming you are getting enough potassium, calcium, magnesium… a few grams of salt should not result in bloating or swelling… and can in fact reduce edema/swelling by lowering aldosterone (hormone which causes kidneys to retain water)
Especially if you have eliminated processed foods, you may not be getting enough salt. I recently upped my salt intake by a few grams and have been sleeping much better + more upbeat mood during the day.
