@Rainmaker1973 I’m all for reducing the environmental impact of energy consumption, but what does a refrigerant type have to do with global warming? Do existing coolants raise the level of atmospheric CO2? (If they did, the Sahara is greener for it.)

@KatTimpf I lost my Dad when I was about your age, he was 67. I knew he’d look after my Mom (who passed away 21 years later) and his three daughters from heaven. I still miss him, but I’ll meet him there when my time comes. My faith in the afterlife takes the edge off such pain.

@DrJStrategy Iran is moving forward to establish a toll road in Hormuz with Chinese support. The toll road is allowing transit by tankers from India, Pakistan and Turkey. Dismantling that system carries new risks because VLCCs and tankers aren’t just sitting around: they’re moving.
