Still at the start of her career, a journey that has seen international experience, a debut at The Rock with Swansea City, promotion with Cardiff Met, but in an injury hit season.

Tier Two has an abundance of promising and reliable goalkeepers, and Cardiff Met goalkeeper Verity Jones has a bright future ahead of her.

Dropping down to the Adran South from Premier side Swansea City, it's a mature move for the 17 year old shot stopper after struggling for game time at the Swans.

She looks to have cemented her spot as no.1 for the Archers. A strong and vocal goalkeeper formerly of the FAW Girls Academy South.

A new era for the six time top flight champions. Whilst a young goalkeeper may be a risk, the potential of being a key part of Met's fight back to the Adran Premier is big opportunity for Jones, and could be the breakthrough season for her.
