Dear @AxisBank if you and your team is not able to resolve my issue then pls guide me account closure process i will close both account.

@AxisBank I have 2 accounts with Axis Bank, and debit card charges have been debited from both accounts. However, I have not activated either of the debit cards till date.
Please check why these charges have been levied despite the cards being inactive and reverse the charges.
