🚨Meet “Follower of Christ” and anti-LGBTQ Trump supporter Dale Nixon of Kenosha, WI who was just arrested on allegations he s*xually abused a child hundreds of times.

A former youth church volunteer, Nixon spent years online lecturing strangers about “Biblical truth,” calling abortion “cruel,” and insisting homosexuality is a sin that people need to “repent” of and “turn away from.”

Now he’s charged with child enticement, s*xual assault, inc*st, and causing mental harm to a child — after his adopted daughter, now 17, told Kenosha Police he assaulted her as often as 5 times a week for about 5 years, starting when she was 10 years old.

She estimates roughly 260 incidents total; investigators say the real number could be higher.

The alleged abuse happened at the family home and during trips to Cancun and Sedona, and reportedly continued until winter 2025.

When Kenosha Police asked him on August 25 if he knew about the allegations, the complaint says he paused, took a breath, and answered “maybe” while nodding yes.

He’s due in court for his initial appearance on September 3.

Nixon spent a decade online telling LGBTQ people they’re the sinners, told a trans actor Elliot Page to check “where the real hate is coming from” when he criticized the hate coming from right-wing Christians, cheered on far-right lawmakers Scott Walker and Paul Ryan, and called birth control access “handouts.”

Family values, indeed.

Cruelty Is the Point

They did not pick up a stranger at the border. They took a soldier's wife in a Walmart parking lot while her six-year-old sat in the car. Cristy Maryori Villafranca-Trejo had no criminal record. She was married to an active-duty Army sergeant at Fort Bliss. She was listed as his dependent. She was the parent who kept the house running while he trained and served. They held her for weeks. On Monday they flew her to Honduras.

Her husband now does school drop-off instead of morning training. He has already delayed a move. He does not know if he can stay in the Army. The child asks when her mother is coming home. He has no answer.

This is at least the seventh spouse or parent of an active-duty service member deported in the crackdown. More than fifty military families have been dragged into detention after the administration killed the old practice of leaving the households of people in uniform alone.

The Trump regime had a choice. Leave the sergeant's wife with his child, or exert ultimate cruelty and make an example. They made the example. Not because she was a threat, but because for Trump, the theater of taking her mattered more than the man still in uniform, the kid in first grade, or the unit that now has a distracted NCO instead of a ready one.

That is not enforcement. That is the message: even the families of people who serve are fair game.

Yosemite made headlines yesterday. A few things got left out.

Yosemite belongs to every American. It is not Trump's to give away.

Jeff Pori, the CEO of the company set to gain from this deal, had zero political donations on record — ever — before October 2024. That's before Trump even won the election. Starting that month, he began giving monthly to Trump's campaign and the RNC, more than $4,000 total. He kept paying through the transition. And the moment Trump's people were in power, by spring 2025, a request that had been dead for over 20 years suddenly came roaring back to life.

They'd tried this before. In the late 1990s, a different owner of this same land sued for this same access. He lost — first in district court, then again on appeal in 2012. Dead. Over. Then in 2024, Kingsbarn Realty Capital — run by Pori — bought that same land for $4 million and asked for the same road. Told no again. Until Trump took office.

Around that same time, Kingsbarn also closed a deal with two companies tied straight to Trump's inner circle — one run by a man who personally underwrote Trump's $175 million bond in his own civil fraud case.

Political appointees pushed Park Service staff to make this deal happen. The pressure traced back to Burgum's own office. Two former officials, speaking anonymously out of fear of retaliation, confirmed it.

There's even a plan to use the Land and Water Conservation Fund — money meant to protect public land — to help pay for it. When two senators, one from each party, sent Interior their own list of projects worth funding this way, Yosemite wasn't on it. It was never even in consideration.

Former Yosemite superintendent Cicely Muldoon put it plainly: if this can happen at Yosemite, "it can really happen anywhere in the national park system." The National Park Service oversees 433 sites across the country, spanning more than 85 million acres of public land — all of it belonging to the American people.

The Sierra Club is speaking out too. Executive Director Loren Blackford says this plan is "betraying that legacy by trying to hand parts of Yosemite to a private developer."

Senator Alex Padilla didn't hold back: "This is the most corrupt administration in history."

This isn't about one road, or one developer, or one park. It's about whether anything protected in this country is actually protected — or just waiting for the right administration to give it away.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents followed, racially profiled, and illegally detained a car full of U.S. citizens, in Buffalo, NY.

In the video, multiple agents surrounded the car, opened the driver’s door, and start questioning them about who owns the vehicle.

They explain that they aren’t the owner, and that they’re all American citizens.

And that should have been the end of it.

Instead, agents opened the backseat passenger’s door, and continued interrogating them.

The passenger even pulled out HIS ID, showing it to the agents, and explicitly tells them they do NOT consent to the agents opening the car door.

Being a federal agent does not give you unlimited authority to stop, search, open the doors of, or detain whoever you want.

The Fourth Amendment protects from unreasonable searches and seizures. Immigration enforcement does NOT create a blanket exception to the Constitution.

Stopping this car, detain U.S. citizens, and opening their doors, wasn’t “just an immigration check.”

It was an abuse of government power.

And THIS is what happens when agents aren’t held accountable.

When there are no meaningful consequences for violating people’s constitutional rights, those violations become routine.

Federal agents should NEVER be above the laws they are sworn to enforce.
