Great question. We use fully fermented / fully alcoholic wine from organic grapes. The fermentation process is what gives wine its extraordinarily dense polyphenol count. We then remove the alcohol without heat.
You don’t have to be anti-alcohol to enjoy Vero. Vero however is wine you can drink all day & night and still drive home and wake up fully refreshed.
You have it flipped. We kept the dense polyphenols, procyanidins, and tannins that help fight free radicals and protect elasticity.
Wine has ~4.9X the Flavan-3-ols of grape juice. They’re a class of polyphenols including, catechin and epicatechin, shown in randomized human trials to support endothelial function and nitric-oxide-mediated blood vessel dilation.
great question, that’s what we asked ourselves before making Vero. Vero starts as fully fermented, oak aged Cabernet from organic grapes, then the alcohol is gently removed without heat. You keep the tannins, structure, aroma, food pairing ability, and over 10X more naturally occurring polyphenols than grape juice per glass. Polyphenols like resveratrol, quercetin, and anthocyanins, compounds studied for supporting healthy blood flow, cardiovascular function, and cellular protection, with far less sugar than grape juice and without the alcohol.

@LuciusCincy Thank you for the kind words! There is some education on our product we will have to share. We're excited to bring Vero to as many people as possible.
Yes the game is wine that’s actually good for you.
Vero begins as fully alcoholic Cabernet from organic grapes. Alcohol is patiently removed physically through advanced filtration. Low pressure, no heat, and no chemicals. This helps preserve the wine’s character, aroma, and polyphenols. Yes it’s just like non-alcoholic beer except because it is wine there are additional health benefits. 💪🏼
@AlbertLath14811 Great question. No we don’t use spinning cone, we never heat the wine. Maximum character preservation possible.
& the exchanges have been interesting! 🍷
