@FlySWISS @airindia @flyswissair Anyone flying via @FlySWISS @airindia please rethink. I had been following up with them for this issue of refund of seats booked by me and there have been no response rather none of the airlines holding responsibility. Its just a waste of money and time.

Air India boarded few of these cases aftr 2 hrs and rest they can’t board due to no seats . We booked it 2 months in advance and paid for seats for extra leg rooms and now they cant give us those seats even so money and time both wasted @FlySWISS @airindia @flyswissair

Stop collaborating @airindia @FlySWISS @flyswissair if you cant manage properly. Passengers are affected for 10hrs flight , their momey, time got wasted and no one is taking responsibility. #badexperience

The flight is in next 2 hours and passengers are not yet checked in and station manager is not available from airindia at zurich airport. Supervisor has sent email to swiss to issue to confirm details and swiss hasn’t responded yet.
