We want to clarify the situation regarding payouts and Discovery ranking.
Epic stated that our traffic is not counted toward Engagement Payouts — this only applies when using freshly created, empty accounts. That was the case in one of the early free promotions (for @duos_with_dad), where purely new accounts were used.
For client campaigns, we operate differently. We use aged, established accounts with real history and activity. These accounts are continuously rotated, diversified by region, behavior, and session patterns, and are designed to closely match real player activity.
Because of this, the traffic integrates naturally with organic players instead of standing out as artificial. It contributes to session time, retention, and overall engagement metrics — the same signals that influence both payouts and Discovery placement.
In practice, this means our boost is not just inflating numbers — it helps push maps into Discovery while also increasing payouts through realistic engagement patterns.
