Great suggestions. Most likely is low FGF but part closed APL valve, leaks & high deadspace could also cause this.

@VetCPExamPrep fgf too low. (I.e ippv rate higher than spontaneous breathing fgf needs raised)

A leak could cause this but I tested beforehand and it was OK!

Yes, very good. On 1st capnogram inspired CO2 is 1.6 which is high & indicates rebreathing (cf 2nd capnogram picture). #VetCPExamPrep
