@GPussay89427@EliasArizaJr13@Arma_Lite_14 They may have been morally obligated individually if they had fully understood what they were looking at. Subjective ethics
@NandoInMelb@theereal_one Rather cynical to consider yourself a slave when you do have legitimate ability to secure yourself a solid financial position and a fulfilling life. You’re offered so many freedoms that you ought to take advantage of and not take for granted.
@libsoftiktok This event was the most refreshing comedy event I’ve seen in recent events. It seemed like lots of comedians just dug in ways we haven’t seen in a while and I just personally don’t like the idea of having taboo jokes if all parties are fine with it.
@PopBase That sounds like a connection nobody would make and it just feels jarring. I guess cool to see Travis in media tho but it seems like it would subtract more from the immersion of the movie imo. Like throwing Kevin hart in The Shining
@kirawontmiss A lot of this is just amplified because of the Covid outbreak and media will be incentivized to constantly amplify reports. This isn’t a threat even comparable to Covid
@elonmusk Elon actively spreading misinformation while simultaneously creating an AI that’s supposed to be ther arbiter of truth but is also actively calling out his bullshit is peak comedy don’t you think @grok
@idlesleepr@westjett1 There’s fence sitting and then there’s genuine nuanced opinions that capture a large breadth of the discussion. As much as I enjoy his content, he’s a fence sitter and doesn’t seem to address a lot of the nuance in many cases from what I can tell
@books_andy Nah I was the same way for a time. I felt like everything was manipulation, and it is, but it’s also just how humans socialize. I just broke off from that mindset and learned to turn off my brain because it was a legitimate mental health concern and I felt narcissistic
