2029 Ty Smith (Upward Stars Columbia)
A strong point guard that displayed a strong overall feel for the game. Played with patience, made good reads, ran the show well but also attacked well off the dribble. #PhenomMDC
2029 Aiden Hopkins (Upward Stars Columbia)
Hopkins is a strong, big-framed prospect that is able to flourish with his ability to operate from outside but also attack and get downhill to finish. Constantly looked to attack the defense and finish strong today. #PhenomMDC
2029 Ty Smith (Upward Stars Columbia)
He has really set the tone in this game with his aggressive nature. Quick burst, strong on drives, and does a great job in finishing with touch over defenders. #PhenomMDC

(Upward Stars Columbia / 2029) Logan Dormer is a tough-nosed guard who gets downhill and plays with a strong, physical approach. Fundamentally sound in the way he plays off two feet, using head fakes effectively to get defenders in the air and create scoring opportunities. Dormer also crashes the offensive glass well, creating extra possessions and kick-out three-point opportunities for teammates. In addition, he is a pesky, active defender who disrupts opposing guards and shows good passing ability in the open floor. He’s a winner and impacts the game in a variety of ways.
(Upward Stars Columbia / 2029) Jordan Hall is a left-handed shooter with a smooth, confident stroke from three-point range who can get hot in a hurry. Brings a scrappy, high-effort mentality on the defensive end, willing to dive for loose balls, take charges, and do the little things that help his team win. Made several high-IQ plays throughout the game, consistently putting his team in strong positions against a quality AJ Bouye Elite team.
(Upward Stars 2029) Aiden Hopkins is a guy who plays off two feet in the lane at a high level and is effective playing through physicality. Has a fluid fadeaway jumper that he can consistently get to when needed. On the defensive end, he is a solid on-ball defender who makes opponents uncomfortable, forcing them to change directions and work harder to get into their spots.
(Upward Stars Columbia / 2029) Tykayvian Smith is a defensive playmaker who is a blur in the open floor and consistently turns defense into offense. Generated multiple steals that led directly to transition buckets, either for himself or his teammates. Brings energy, anticipation, and speed on the defensive end, making him a constant disruption in passing lanes and a key catalyst in transition.
