@Teachers__Unite Having one educational assistant running between six classrooms to “put out fires” is now the norm in Ontario. This is unfair to vulnerable students with complex needs (and for ALL students), for the EA, for other educators, and for students’ families.
We are heading back to the bargaining table on Wednesday in hopes of achieving a fair and respectful contract from the employer!
