After three long years due to COVID-19 restrictions, VFW Post 6785 had the fun opportunity of resuming bingo at the Seattle VA’s Community Living Center (CLC).

Veterans Day 2023 finds VFW Post 6785 at the Auburn Veterans Day Parade!

Yesterday, VFW Post 6785 out of Kent, Washington presents a donation to USO Northwest at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
6785 volunteers with the USO and helps where we can supporting their efforts taking care of our troops, families, and veterans!
VFW Post 6785 Service Officer and Post Chaplain visited a local veteran Max who served in the U.S. Navy.
Max Korean and Vietnam Veteran residing at a local assisted living facility. Max served from 1952 to 1972 as a Machinists Mate.
Today at 0530 hrs VFW Post 6785 celebrated Puget Sound Honor Flight Mission #34. Mission 34 represents the 10th anniversary of Honor Flight at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport!

VFW Post 6785 was organized 29 September 1978.
The Kent Post was formed in 1978. The Panther Lake Post was formed in 1991. In 2008 the two posts consolidated and became known as the Kent-Meridian Post 6785.
