Absolutely useless service. Expect this from budget airline.

We are on a family trip on Jamaica and Virgin decided to cancel flight lastminute. Not help or support given.
They auto booked us a week later not what we wanted. Cannot change 😡

Hey @VodafoneUK no wifi or mobile internet. Customer service number "switched off" and all pages down on your website. Pleas fix it! Thank god I can use work phone on a different network to check latest and have a DAB radio I can listen to news on as TV won't work with no wifi!
