Shoutout to the @SouthwestAir gate agents and flight attendants at @flynashville . Utmost respect and appreciation for treating a disabled passenger with dignity. I’m sad to say flying out of #BNA was much easier than #MCI

Preboarding w a disability? @SouthwestAir now makes you answer questions re: ur disability before boarding you after A. So I get the 3rd degree and then awkwardly hold up groups B & C. At least @Delta & @AlaskaAir still lets my slow ass and bulky medical device preboard. 1/2

I can’t stand for long periods of time. If I’d known about the need to prove my disability, I would’ve been more prepared. Really annoyed that entitled passengers and @SouthwestAir have made flying with a disability more difficult and embarrassing. 2/2
