For years we were told that DNPs had to stay because they were “part of the game”.

Every time Sorare mentioned rolling locks, substitutes, or alternative systems, part of the community acted like reducing DNP risk would destroy the soul of the game.

Now Sorare 27 brings Anytime Entry for Hot Streaks and 2 Arena substitutes: 1 GK + 1 outfield player.

So DNP risk is clearly being reduced.

And suddenly… silence.

If DNPs were really such a fundamental part of the game, X should be full of posts saying: “They reduced DNPs, this is awful, Sorare is ruining the game.”

But I haven’t seen them.

And honestly, this says a lot about how we discuss changes every year.

Too many people react after five minutes, without reading properly, without understanding the concept, without testing anything. They just see a change, decide it’s bad, and then reverse-engineer the criticism.

Then the update goes live, everyone logs in, builds lineups, plays the new modes, and most of those “unacceptable changes” magically become normal.

So where did all the DNP defenders go?

Were DNPs really “part of the game”, or was it just another convenient argument against change?

My game week Is finished on Friday evening. Not any games Is played. I hate dnp and i hate this game with dnp. Next year i Will sell my gallery of Sorare does not solve dnp problem. @Sorare @ni2las

OMG, I won. I won the u23 division and am getting a star reward.

Only issue is that the u23 pool has been nerfed. Where are the Jupiler league players? Tzolis and Promise David where in the pool this morning, but now had average SPFL players instead of the top players?
