I recharged my MJQT today through the DMRC App using DMRC Pay. The recharge transaction is showing as failed in the app, however the amount has been debited from my bank account. payment screenshot has been attached reference. Kindly look into this issue.

@flipkartsupport Very disappointed with your delivery service. My order was supposed to be delivered today, but the delivery person said he had no information about it when I called. This happened earlier , where the delivery agent cancelled my order without attempting delivery
