@airindia I am in flight AI4308 DXB to New Delhi, we are in flight since 5am, it's almost 7 hours now, the flight has not even taken off, I don't even have food for my 1 year old baby left, no diaper left, Please atleast arrange hot water so I can make cerelac atleast.

@airindia @MoCA_GoI @MoCA_GoI also would mention that only after a lot of pushback from passenger the pilot had reverted, Lot of people with kids suffering, all of them would forget about the Air from Air India but will associate this bad experience with the word "India".
