Daily restart many times, but net downloading speed too slow 400kb p/s. My mobile speed is 1.5mb p/s.

I booked Jio air Fiber and made an advance payment of ₹1000. During booking 48hr time mentioned for installation.But, I have not received any message or call on my phone for installation.
I'm already mailed to jio fiber care.

we have received an installation message on our phone.After installation person called and when he heard that I have made the advance payment, he said that it will take time to get your connection installed.If you had not made the payment, we would have installed it today.
@pankaju17@reliancejio@JioCare What will you do by giving a discount?advance payment has to be taken and installation is not to be done?And in some cases the order is getting cancelled and the money is not being refunded from the last 50 days. No one is replying to your problem.
