I’m donating 100,000 dollars for the construction of temporary camps and for the evacuation of the residents of the affected areas in Vice City.

Emergency Services are making progress in Little Haiti. Residents in the effected areas are advised if possible to make their way to Fort Baxter AFB, where temporary shelters are being set up. The flood waters have not risen since last night and are expected to be contained.

Breaking: Massive flood damage in Little Haiti following thunderstorm last night. Officials say retaining wall & quay collapsed allowing the storm surge to push inland, causing a flash flood. Damage was also reported in Downtown and at Fort Baxter AFB.
