@CDC @GavinNewsom Effective prevention of #COVID19 requires #SOCIOTEMPORAL distancing. #COVID19 exposure risk increases with both proximity and time. Around a #COVID19 carrier, even an N95 mask is only 95% efficient and more exposure time will its decrease efficacy. Stay safe.
