@autcareandshare The sad thing is that you knew at some point you'd need that written documentation to keep the service you fought so hard for. It's why we back everything up, save everything and insist on written summaries of phone calls. It's makes it hard to trust anyone

@DudeAdhd We're in the middle of this - the process started on May and still no decision made yet. His assessor also said it was a clear case and should be v quick to complete which was weeks ago. You may need an appointeeship if you haven't already.

@CatKingKeefie @DiaryofaSickGrl For 6 years my GP dismissed my lower back/pelvic pain and stiffness with "you're an overweight nurse, of course you have back pain". When my private sports therapist suggested I ask for a scan of my SI joints the GP said you're not a male in his 20's so it won't be AS. It was.

@TicketmasterCS how can we add a companion to a wheelchair ticket for rugby World Cup final? Got a wheelchair ticket in the basket but won't complete without a companion which can't be added! Help! 3rd occassion trying with same fault. Son is so disappointed

@TicketmasterUK @RFU @rugbyworldcup why is buying wheelchair tickets so complicated. 3 lots of presale opportunities and can't order. You can add wheelchair ticket but the system falls over for a companion. Zero help from the contact form. So disappointing for my son .
