They should remove the 'guaranteed same day dispatch on express orders' & last day for guaranteed Xmas of 19th Dec! And who removes their incoming calls and Live Chat? Only other option is email but no replies!

@justmylookcom @fplpompey You say that, but along with no longer taking incoming calls you've also removed the Live Chat function too. So when we are told to phone, email or live chat and we get no response from any, what do we do? My express order was guaranteed for delivery Wed 14th, but not even sent!

I worked in a civil & criminal combined court here in UK, & I know that no matter how professional & objective a judge is, if this is true, he should have reported it to court and both sides, & recused himself if wished by court & plaintiff - grounds for appeal.
