I am in the private sector. I can feel the layoff pain as I get laid off once in my 15 years of corporate work. I didn't run behind money . I look for stability. I needed some peace of mind . Yes earlier corporate jobs used to be very stable. Many people switched from govt to private. Now with that technology upgrade specially AI GenAI Agentic AI are not actually job creators...they are agents of job disruptors. We are navigating through some extremely tech turbulence. Jobs are insecure. Companies are dominating. Employees are at the receiving end . We need to find the best before the worst hits you . That's the reality.

The decorator's entry into the coach was unauthorized and is viewed as a serious lapse.
The concerned staff (Ticket Checker ) has been placed under suspension, and a detailed departmental inquiry has been ordered.
Appropriate action will be taken based on the inquiry findings.

We can think that we are underdogs ..but we get our best version by repeatedly telling ourselves that I'm good at it. I will follow through. Eight years ago, a young man joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer.
Today, he is a Scale 3 Manager,
and his Form 16 for FY 2025-26 shows a Gross Salary of ₹35.24 lakh.
At first glance, the figure looks huge
But the reality is quite different.
The gross salary includes LFC Encashment and Leave Encashment,
which are one time benefits received only once every four years,
not part of the regular monthly salary.
On top of that,
there are monthly deductions for Income Tax, NPS,
EPF, Home Loan EMI, Car Loan, and Two Wheeler Loan.
So, the Gross Salary mentioned
in Form 16 can be very different
from the actual amount credited to the bank account every month.

You can't focus because you never let yourself be bored. Actually bored. Not "bored" scrolling on your phone taxing your brain into oblivion with more dopamine in 10 minutes than people a thousand years ago would get in an entire month.
@thedankoe Scrolling is toxic . It creates boredom & expands more with more scrolling. Our brain is responsive with fewer dopamines. We need to stop our minds from scrolling. It is possible. But we need energetic resistance.
