@TicketmasterUK @OfficialRandL post just turned up, still no #LeedsFestival early entry tickets! The post woman said they haven't delivered ANY! You will need to refund en masse for this! I will be putting in an official complaint and claiming back for the money.

Why couldn't all our order be mobile tickets & transferable? Well you would've had to refund the very high postage charge then!

@quredhealth @AKAINSLEY Customer service is horrendous! Please find and read my tweet. 2 fit to fly tests not turned up, were due last Thursday. We fly Monday night, 4 phone calls with a promise to get a call from a manager to say they were sending out 2 new ones via courier, still waiting!!
