a) it won't happen for ELEVEN MONTHS
b) the cost reduction is miniscule in comparison to the THOUSANDS parents are paying

is complete PR & spin. It will nearly be Budget 2025 before ANY costs are reduced

The betrayal to the staff is the most upsetting. The staff I know from my 5 years at RTÉ are hard working people with brilliant integrity. Knowing this happened while the organisation pushed for pay cuts, froze wages & pursued heavy cost-cutting is outrageous.
