@CottonOn Hello thanks for your quick reply. After looking at my receipt the wet wipes that were promised to be 10 round for charity were actually charged at R40 so she lied. I will be calling the manager at the branch tomorrow, if that doesn’t go well I will email using the email provided

@CottonOn I’d like to make a formal complain. After being in TYPO and donating to the charity i went to cotton on at the end of the day. A young worker questioned: “do you want to donate to charity” I said “no thanks. “ of which she replied “come on… it’s charity it’s only R10”

Is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially as I had donated to TYPO just before. “It’s just 10 rand”. What if that is a lot to someone? Please DM so I can give further details.

I said no again and she gave me a funny look and said I could get face wipes or something for charity so I did that and of which she replied “congratulations you just did something for charity” my friend and I were stunned at the condensing remark and to be guilt tripped into it
