16 days with NO internet on MTN FibreX (FN185121).
Multiple calls & escalations since June 6, yet unresolved. I’ve renewed in good faith monthly since Oct, but service is completely unreliable. Who takes responsibility for losses?

I am giving @MTNNG a final 7-day grace period to resolve this and issue full compensation, after which I will escalate legally.
I will also be sending a formal email to @MTNNG today so this 7-day notice is officially documented. @ConsumersNCC

@MTN180@MTNNG@ConsumersNCC The last time I had working internet was June 6. I lost 2 days on that active plan due to a red LOS light. After it expired June 8, I called repeatedly. Your field team inspected & assured me it was fixed, so I renewed again on June 12.
Since June 12 until that subscription expired, service was NEVER restored.
An agent promised compensation would be filed, but zero communication since. I have called 2–3 times EVERY week since June 6 to request updates, to no avail.

@MTNNG It’s been 6 days of no fibre service with my LOS light blinking red. I’ve called every single day and keep hearing the same promise: “an email has been sent to support, expect a response within 24–48 hours.”
Still no resolution and no update
This is bad customer service
