"All citizens are being made slaves of Indian Government. They cannot stage protests, they cannot agitate-What is all this? Now so many papers have been leaked. If people protest, you will slap cases... What is this? It is the right of the citizens to protest.
The petitioner has just raised slogans like 'BJP Government Murdabad', 'Amit Shah Murdabad'... Why citizens can't raise such slogans? Why externment orders for such slogans?" - Bombay High Court Judge Justice Madhav Jamdar asks.
Mattoos in Gurgaon are devastated. Their only son was killed in a hit-and-run involving Thar. This "killer" machine in wrong hands is one of the biggest threats on Indian roads. Govt should intervene before more parents are left grieving like this.
Forgiveness is the conscious decision to release bitterness towards our wrongdoers. We deliberately choose to pardon, while eschewing the urge to retaliate. Doing so heals emotional pain that would otherwise fester in our mind. Thus, we feel at peace and can move on with our life. In forgiving others, we ultimately set ourselves free.

What Indra Nooyi says about India isn't anti India...it's an uncomfortable truth.
India has an energy that's unmatched but it also comes with constant everyday chaos. Many Indians settle abroad because they don't want the daily battle with traffic, broken infrastructure, bureaucracy systems that only work if you know people in high places.
Ex-Pepsi CEO Indira Nooyi on India and China:
China is relatively homogenous. It's easier to spend time in China than India as a visitor. India is going to be impossible if you like clean, orderly living. The beauty of India is in its chaos. If you like chaos, you go back.
"I could never have become CEO in any other country in the world including India. The American system is truly meritocratic unlike India"
— Indira Nooyi, ex-Pepsi CEO
"I could never have become CEO in any other country, including India. It was only possible because America rewards merit," said former PepsiCo CEO Indira Nooyi.
A tight slap on India's Reservation Politics !

#PeekOnGround: 21 people are dead and nearly 40 injured after a devastating fire ripped through a building housing a restaurant and hotel in Delhi's Malviya Nagar on Wednesday morning.

India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar:
Express my deepest condolences at the loss of lives, including of foreign nationals, in the tragic fire incident in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.
MEA is in touch with Embassies and is extending all necessary assistance.
20 people were burnt alive in Modi's Delhi, what was the fault of these innocent people ?
In India, no matter what kind of incident occurs, whether an ant dies or not, a human being certainly does. This is the "gift" given by the system. Ordinary people die without having committed any mistake.
This is not an accident; it is a blazing testament to the failure of the system.
In the country's capital, Delhi, when a family goes to a hotel or restaurant to spend some peaceful moments together, enjoy a meal, and celebrate life, they trust that the administration has ensured compliance with all safety standards. But when such a place turns into flames and dozens of people lose their lives, the question is not merely about the fire-it is about the entire system.
It is said that rules are made for the safety of the public. But when those responsible for enforcing them limit them to paperwork, a license ceases to be proof of safety and becomes a receipt for corruption.
The repeated incidents in Delhi tell the same story-
Illegal constructions collapse, and people are buried under the debris.
Innocent people lose their lives when water floods basements where activities are being carried out.
Fire safety measures exist only as a formality, and when disaster strikes, the truth is exposed.
If a building was permitted to have only six rooms but was operating twenty-six rooms, it is natural to ask: what were the inspecting departments doing? If commercial activities were prohibited in basements throughout Delhi, then how was a restaurant operating in the basement of this hotel? Are rules meant only for ordinary citizens and not for the influential?
The biggest question is this: when illegal construction, violations of regulations, and disregard for safety standards continue for years, who is responsible? Only the building owner? Or also the officials before whose eyes all this continued to happen?
As long as corruption remains the fuel of the system, every tragedy will be followed by the same statements-there will be an investigation, action will be taken against the guilty, and those responsible will not be spared. But after some time, everything will return to normal, until the next disaster.
To call such an incident merely an "accident" would be an injustice to the victims. If safety regulations were deliberately ignored, if illegal construction was protected, and if inspections existed only on paper, then this is not just an accident but a collective failure of the system.
When corruption becomes greater than the rules, deaths occur not because of accidents, but because of systemic negligence.
And then the question is not only how the fire started, but also who was responsible for allowing the conditions that led to it.
Many foreign citizens have also been affected from today, what could be their fault ?
Now you all see Modi will announce the compensation money in some time, responsibility is over.

Fresh details have emerged in the deadly fire at a hotel in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar, where at least 21 people were killed, and more than 40 others were rescued on Wednesday.
India Today TV has learnt that the hotel, Flourish Stay, was licenced to operate only six rooms under the Delhi government's Bed and Breakfast (B&B) scheme, but was allegedly functioning with as many as 25 rooms at the time of the fire
