@YiffYapYote Here's what I've found useful if I want to play at night:
A bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.
Lunch: Lots of salad. Avoid anything greasy.
Dinner: A bowl of vegetable soup with cottage cheese or a quark-oatmeal smoothie.
If you skip dinner, have some nuts and chocolate.
