I hear a lot of folks say, "Start a game studio!" but I don't hear anyone say, "Hey Nick, here's $10M and a cool IP, start a game studio."

He was right on:
1) Games need more revenue to support modern budgets. (Microtransactions)
2) The digital platform outpacing traditional. (e- storefronts, Origin)
3) Unity needs to make money. (This mess)
It's his execution and demeanor that overshadow.
