For me and the majority of the area around me, there is only one ISP available at every address. No incentive to innovate or even provide a working service, and no option to switch. Still expected to pay your bill in full each month unless you complain. What a joke @GetSpectrum

Spectrum is literally a plague, I had to file a complaint with the FCC to get them to fix my busted ass internet and it STILL took them months to do it. What a nightmare
