UAPA Probe Continues Amid Criticism

So after all Congress admits that the US is involved in the Northeast 😅 and all this while the Congress was running a different narrative.

The Van Dyke case has ignited a political storm in Bharat, with allegations of foreign training linked to anti-India forces. The National Investigation Agency (NIA)’s investigation into US national Matthew Aaron VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals has so far found no conclusive evidence that they were involved in activities directed against Bharat or trained Indian insurgent groups, as per top government sources.

However, investigators have not ruled out the possibility of a Bharat link, with the NIA continuing its probe under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) to determine whether the accused had any links with Indian insurgent groups or undertook activities prejudicial to India’s security.

From Drone Training To The Myanmar Attack, New Revelations

Matthew Van Dyke and six Ukrainians' alleged drone-training network from the Northeast to Myanmar has now been linked to another serious revelation.

According to the NIA, the drone attack on a Myanmar National Airlines aircraft in Myitkyina on February 20, 2026, is being examined in the investigation.

Was the training and technology transmitted through India later used in similar attacks? This question is now making this entire case reminiscent of the infamous Purulia arms drop of 1995.

Red Fort Blast:
NIA Chargesheet Reveals Umer Nabi’s Suicide Bombing Role

According to the NIA’s chargesheet, Umer Un Nabi was the operational in-charge of a terror module linked to Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind and played a central role in preparing the attack. The agency alleges that the vehicle used in the Red Fort blast was converted into a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED), with Nabi activating the IED from inside the car.

The NIA investigation has examined encrypted communications, extremist material, clandestine meetings and the alleged procurement of weapons, funds and explosives. Investigators say Nabi had worked to revive a dormant terror network and develop a module capable of carrying out attacks in India.

The chargesheet provides new insight into the planning and execution of the Red Fort attack and the alleged role played by Nabi. The NIA’s findings are allegations contained in the chargesheet and will be subject to judicial proceedings.
