@imbankke can you confirm if you are experiencing any downtime? Card services, mobile banking and ATM withdrawals are all failing on my end. Your call center isn't answering calls either.

@imbankke my mobile banking app is down and the ussd doesn't work either. There was no notification of this downtime or issue and I am now stranded, unable to pay for a service.

@SafaricomPLC it's becoming increasingly frustrating to keep reaching out to you a month later regarding getting home fibre connection. I have never been contacted by any sales rep and that's the feedback I get every single time. Please advise if this will be possible or not.
