@EtihadHelp I received an email from etihad telling me that my flight on 26 March has been changed. I wish to cancel the booking and get refund. Under ‘manage booking ‘ I could not find ‘ refund ‘ option. Where to find it?

77 days since biometric. 10 working weeks passed. Escalated on 17th Aug. Decision already made. Still waiting for visa. Flight on 13sept. Pl help. GWF065151804

Biometrics done 21 June. My visa received Aug 2. Aug 17 UKVI emailed reply, that decision has been made on my wife’s dependent visa. Till date VFS Pune not received passport. Expedite Pl. Travel together on 13th booked.
