1. I never opted for auto debit
2. I had asked for policy cancellation before due date which didn't happen
3. Money was still debited and you are not ready to refund my 100%

2/2 @Niva_Bupa plus I had never opted for auto renewal while taking the policy, same is nowhere mentioned in the policy document also. Now when I am asking for full refund they are making excuses. Biggest biggest scam. I shouldn't be paying for your inefficient staff mistakes.

@Niva_Bupa biggest fraud company in health insurance sector. They will outrightly cheat you and then won't revert. They auto renewed my policy that was supposed to be cancelled even after informing their customer care twice that I want to cancel 1/2
