I am forced to raise this publicly after 4 months of unresolved issues with my Tata Nexon (TN11AF9050).
Vehicle serviced on 9 Feb. Since then:
• Repeated complaints from 15 Mar–9 Apr
• Breakdown on 9 Apr
• Vehicle handed over for repairs 4 times
• ₹1 lakh+ spent
• Countless follow-ups
Before service, there were no major engine-related issues. After the engine was opened and repaired multiple times, the vehicle developed severe power loss, engine oil leakage, AC leakage, dashboard faults, and now an Engine Warning Light.
The most concerning part is that every service visit seems to introduce a new problem instead of resolving existing ones.
I was even advised to continue driving the vehicle for 200–300 km despite persistent faults. To date, no clear root cause analysis or permanent solution has been provided.
How can a vehicle enter a workshop with one issue and come out with multiple new issues after repeated repairs?
Requesting immediate intervention from Tata Motors senior management. Customers deserve accountability, technical competence, and lasting repairs—not repeated breakdowns and endless workshop visits.
